Anomos is an encrypted end to end anonymous Bittorrent which i would love to see support for in deluge. Currently its Ranked #2 on utorrents idea bank for intergration and its opensource so its not that far out that you guys could add support and beat them to the punch. The only draw back is it uses .atorrents instead of .torrents so a few adaptations and im sure you guys can pull it off with the great client you've already made.

Also its written in python, so you know what that means :)

Anomos is a pseudonymous, encrypted multi-peer-to-peer file distribution protocol. It is based on the peer/tracker concept of BitTorrent in combination with an onion routing anonymization layer, with the added benefit of end-to-end encryption. By combining these technologies, we have created a platform where by no party outside of the trusted tracker will have any information about who a peer is or what they are downloading.
