Web UI 1.2.2 Speed/bandwidth change does'nt work good

Hello,
recently i have installed deluge via:
sudo apt-get install deluge deluged deluge-webui deluge-console
deluge it self is working fine, using daemon, webui version 1.2.2
(ubuntu server 10.04 + lxde)
the webui problem is
1
unable to select upload nor download speed per torrent, it just does not select it - some other functions in that menu section may not work as well.
2
also the global speed change for deluge at the bottom of the screen is acting strange. for example:
selecting 10kb/s - done
then selecting 30kb/s - does not work, unless after i click other. then the indicator shows "10kb/s" "30kb/s" "other" and speed changes to 30kb
3
also selecting "other" speed does not show any window to enter the value, works only via preferences.
4
the web ui is "huge and shiny" and the filters area is not required - is it possible to disable it
OR maybe it is possible to download some simplified webui with full functionality - i mean the transparency and shiny look or bitmaps (except maybe for buttons) are not required, because the more simple - more professional it looks. - have had very simple un-official web ui before - it was very nice
non webui issue
5
the Forums support or any other section could be divided to smaller sections, like "webui issues" "deluge problems" or something
could not find anything via search, and looking for single topics via 93 pages is a little too much, unless they would be displayed within one page
Thank you,
Stew.
