I am Running Deluge version 1.2.3 with Libtorrent version 0.14.10.0 on Windows XP Pro (version 5.1 service pack 3). I am unable to get incomming connections - the "No Incomming Connections" message appears at the bottom of the Deluge Interface Window and the torrents that are listed as "Seeding" do not appear to be uploading (Upload column is blank) No doubt I am doing something wrong secondary to my apparently clueless state concerning the optimal operational parameters for Deluge. Please help !!!

What does "Test Active Port" say?

Upon clicking on "Test Active Port", which I have done multiple times, I get either a green circle or a yellow triangle containing a Bang character.
