summary and peers panes disagree on DL speed

deluged and deluge-web 1.2.3 on Ubuntu server 9.10

As per attachment, the sum of the download speed from peers is in grave disagreement with the download speed reported in the torrent summary near the top.

This does not appear to be a sampling lag between the two figures either, as the peers figures--always smaller--can be decreasing while the summary figure is increasing. The discrepency, which I have been watching for many minutes, is sustained and large.

The throughput reported by my router appears to agree with the larger number reported by the torrent summary.
