Deluge doesn't show UI anymore?

Deluge 1.3.0_RC1 on Windows 7 Home Premium x86_64

It used to show the window/UI, but now when I start Deluge up, it doesn't show the GUI. I can see Deluge on my taskbar and in the system tray, but the window won't show. I've tried restarting deluge, clicking the taskbar, alt-tabbing into it, clicking "show deluge" on the sysicon, nothing works. I even tried reinstalling Deluge and GTK

What should I do to resolve this?

Deluge is probably off of your screen. Try shift+right clicking the taskbar icon, select move, press one of your arrow keys, then move the mouse around.
