Anyway To Start Deluge Without DOS Prompt Always Popping Up?

I hate how when Deluge starts you get the DOS prompt popping up first in your face.

Is there a way to silence this?

Well thanks to a friend I learned a trick.

Have a look: (At least a trick until the developers make a more permanent fix.)
