I installed 1.3.0_rc1 to use but then I uninstalled and installed 1.2.3, so hopefully you can fix this without me needing to have it installed to troubleshoot.

1.3.0_rc1 shows three different download speeds, one in the main window, the lower left of the GUI, and then last in the taskbar of the gui.

Another thing I noticed was in the main window, the download and upload speeds changed very slowly, sometimes the download speed would stay the same for upwards of a minute without changing which I know is odd, because with torrents speeds are always bouncing up and down changing.

I have a couple of theories. First, the "Tool Tip" in the Notification Area does not update. So what you are seeing is a static display of the speed at the moment that you put your pointer over the icon. That may account for this discrepancy. Second, the Status Bar display lags the main window display. That may account for that discrepancy.

More important is the speed not updating. This is a definite bug. I can replicate this at will on both Vista Home Premium SP2 32bit and 7 Ultimate 64bit. If you click on any tab other than Status, the main window no longer updates. Click on the Status tab, and it starts updating again.
