What happened to the BlockList plugin?

Hi all-
I'm extremely *new* to this whole deluge.. but I'd love to get it up and running. I've successfully installed it and I'm looking for the "blocklist" plugin yet I can't seem to find it anywhere. On the 'Plugin' page on the main site, it's listed, but no link.
Can anyone help? Is there a reason it's been removed... stability..etc?
Thanks
~Eric

it's included in the main client. you have version 0.5.4.1? click on plugins on the toolbar and you'll see a list of included plugins

you need to upgrade. 0.5 is ancient. assuming you're running ubuntu feisty (since most newbies do), download the deb file from
http://download.deluge-torrent.org/inde ... 1_i386.deb and then rm -r ~/.config/deluge && sudo dpkg -i deluge-torrent_0.5.4.1-1_i386.deb
