[Feature Request] Oraganize finished torrents

This is a feature I requested on uTorrent back when I was a Windows user, and it was included in the next update.
I see that for version 0.6 you are including labels, which is half of it.
What I request is that you you can append the labels to the full directory name of the finished torrent.
For example, lets say I am downloading OpenSUSE.
I label it as Software. My torrents are set to download to /torrents. So the name would be;
/torrents/OpenSUSE
When it is done I want to move the finished download to /finished with the label attached. So the name would be;
/finished/Software/OpenSUSE
And the directory would be automatically created of course.
One suggestion I have, but is not that important, is the ability to import settings and torrents from other clients. For example uTorrent keeps all the settings and current state saved in a file. Have Deluge to open that file and import all the torrents and some settings automatically. To determine the locations of the drives (c: d:, etc) you can ask the user where the current location of these drives are (ie /media/sda1). Then append the full directory of the settings that utorrent had for downloading and finished torrent locations.
A more complicated way is to search the /media folder for those directories.
Then import the torrents and re-check them.
