issue: deluge130rc1 deluge-webui failed load labels plugin?

hallow.
install deluge 130rc1.
runnign deluge-webui.
from google Chrome connects to it.
selects deluge server and conect to it.
after connection have report
Error loading script:
/js/label/label.js
status : 404
look like labels plugin can be loaded?
