[SOLVED] unable to change preferences

I just upgraded deluge to 1.2.3 on ubuntu 9.10. I started deluge back up and all my torrents are gone along with all my old settings. When I try to change the settings every thing is grayed out.

i notice you have it set to client/server mode rather than classic mode so i think you are not connected to the localhost server, use the connection manger to check.
