[feature request] changing bandwidth allocation

Gotta say I love Deluge. Of all the torrent clients I've tried, this is the best. Hands down. However, the one and only thing I could suggest to make it better would be to make it easier to change up & down speeds when I come back to the computer, and to reverse this when I leave. When I'm at the computer I basically do not want "unlimited" speeds, because I actually want my browsing to be responsive. So each time I come back to my PC, I have to do the following:

1. right-click deluge icon in system tray
2. go to download speed limit
3. choose a slower speed
4. right-click deluge icon in system tray again
5. go to upload speed
6. choose a slower speed

It would be nice if we could define bandwidth allocation profiles and have these appear in the main right-click deluge menu in the system tray (I use Ubuntu, but it's all the same) so that I could easily choose one or the other, in just two clicks, instead of the six clicks above (or four if you only count steps 2 and 5 as a hover-and-wait-for-submenu action). If this is accepted as a good idea worthy of implemenation, then I'd like to see these profiles appear at the root-level of the menu, to cut down on extra clicks or waiting for submenus. I would prefer the act of switching between these two states to be as quick and painless as possible. It would also be awesome if we could define different coloured icons for these states, so that we could easily recognise just by looking at the tray area which profile we are using. Having a particular profile activate on screensaver and another when the screensaver turns off would also be the ultimate in convenience :-)

I have some plans to upgrade the scheduler to allow defining various states, and allowing manual change between them. I think that should solve your problem nicely, but I'm a bit of a procrastinator, so don't hold me to any timetable to get it done. ;)
