[Ticket #1206] Setting download to 0 = unlimited

For the record, I searched the FAQ, and performed what limited search I could do on the forums, and a Google search reveals others with the same issue and all are coming to the conclusion that this could be a bug.

Basically, the issue I encountered was when I set my upload speed to "-1" and my download speed to "0" (which SHOULD mean "off") my downloads still continued at full speed. This seems like a bug to me. Is it something I'm missing or is this working as intended?

Deluge 1.2.2 on Ubuntu 9.10

yer it appears that 0 and -1 are the same functionality for this settings. you should raise a ticket here
