After an upgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 the GUI is not avauílable anymore. Deluge simply dies without any
error message. Deluged and the webui work though. I went back to 1.2.1 but kept the newer GTK release installed.

EDIT: Windows XP Home SP2

Confirming the same problem, I use only the GUI portion, server runs on another machine. The GUI doesn't start, no output at all. OS is Windows 7 64bit. Installing 1.2.1 makes the gui appear again.

Yea.. For some reason the installer didn't include libglade.dll and I'm not really sure as to why. I've rebuilt the installer and I am currently uploading it to our ftp: http://download.deluge-torrent.org/wind ... etup-2.exe

Just tried it, it works now

Isn't working here. Getting a ms-dos window flash in 1sec and nothing happens. Running deluge as a service and webui works but the damn UI isn't coming up with gtk.

Try reinstalling GTK and reboot.

I have the same problem in 1.2.2 i have no giu, i reinstaled 1.2.2 setup-2 and have the same sympoms on cmd :

I tried manny times install GTK-2.16, 2.42 and in the end have the same result no gui.

I go back to 1.2.1 and wait until this bug were fixer i future .

Tried installing with the installer in this thread and the GTK you posted. Rebooted. Still same error.

It seems that deluge can't find something. Any chance to get information about what it can't find and copy paste the files inside the deluge directory or something?

Edit: winxp 32bit as OS, tried on a clean VM install and same thing happens. Guess I'll check back in a few months for a new version.
