My old copy of 1.4 performed yeoman service but it started to continually crash so I tried to re install it but with no success. I keep getting the flash of the DOS box and then nothing. I have thrown out my old dead torrents and I would like to start fresh.
What is the URL of the latest complete working windows version.

The 'Download Now' link from the front page should usually be the newest version. Currently 1.2.0

You have to try the latest Version of Deluge or Upgrade your old version. It's solve your problem of crashing.You can download latest version from the
