deluge causing windows to shut down.

my deluge crash every time when I exit deluge, when I close deluge it'll popup a msg(for 1 second, couldn't read it) and automatically shut down my pc.
I've tried reinstall deluge(deleted all settings files) but it still doesn't work
anyone facing the same problem with me? any idea how to fix it?
