deluge not rechecking existing files

Recently i'm installed deluge 1.2.0-rc4 on my Gentoo system (previously used uTorrent under wine).
I'm often renaming first level dir when downloading some files. So, when i'm adding new torrent (that already downloaded with uTorrent) in deluge i need to change first level dir to sid already downloaded files, but deluge doesn't see this files and starts to download them.
For an example, i have dir /video/StarTrek Movies/ with already downloaded files.
Than i'm adding torrent file in deluge which have 1-st level dir "STAR TREK/" and change it to "StarTrek Movies/" and deluge not rechecking already downloaded files and sid them, but starts new download.
But if i make symlink "/video/StarTrek Movies/" -> "/video/STAR TREK/" and not change 1-st level dir when adding this torrent, deluge recheck files and start sidding.
I'm also tried to set destination dir to "/video/StarTrek Movies/" and set 1-st level dir to "/" - same result
What i'am doing wrong? Is there possible to start sidding when change 1-st level dir?
