torrent specific setting

Hey,
i would like to set the up- and download rate for each torrent specifically. Is there a plugin doing this?
An Example:
Torrent A; Down-Rate: 10 kib/s Up-Rate: 80 kib/s
Torrent B; Down-Rate: 39 kbib/s, Up-Rate: 10 kib/s
It is only possibly to set the rate global so far.

yes, in svn there's a plugin for it called speed limiter

Great! Thank you!
Well: It doesn't run. I copied the init.py in /plugins/SpeedLimiter/ and can see the menu, but i cant choose a limit. It's 0.5.3.

it'll only work on svn, not 0.5.3. it'll be in the next release.
