Can not start/resume torrents with RC3.

The new release of RC3 forced me to update. Now i can not even Start or Resume my torrents. I click on to Resume, but nothing happens.
The feature "ADD TORRENTS IN PAUSE STATE" is disabled, and i can not resume them then either.
Windows XP PRO 64 bit
2 gigs ram
Core 2 quad 9300
Nvidia 8800GT
