webui wont run

hi
im having a problem the webui runs but is running very slow to load, takes about 30 secs to load the login page, the page goes blank when i try to login in, whats the problem? how can i fix., not the password, have tried my password and the deluge one.
no error messages, ubantu gnome,8.04 hardy
