Too many zh_CN translation mistakes in v0.5.3

bold string: <b>...</b>
but you can see </b>...</b>, <b>...<b> or </b>...<b> anywhere
shortcut: _String
in CJK world, characters can not be the shortcut key
e.g _File should not be _文件, but 文件(_F)
in v0.5.3 almost all the menus are like _文件
I can't bare this anymore
, so I attached my zh_CN.po and .mo
please rename zh_CN.mo to deluge.mo, and drop it into the /usr/share/locale/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/
you'll see the difference.
