My Deluge 1.2.0-rc1-dev Issues
Posted: Thu Oct 08, 2009 2:55 pm
Hi everybody,
First of all, thanks for the new version.
I was a bit wondering if the development of Deluge was active, because the release of 1.1.9 was a long time ago.
Today Deluge on my Windows Vista installation notified me of a new RC version, so I upgraded it from version 1.1.9 it.
After a hour running, I've got a couple of issues / bugs of the new RC.
Strangely enough there is no debug information in my %APPDATA%\deluge\deluge.log file

I hope this bugs are fixed in the next rc version.
regards,

- PC Tools Firewall Plus 5.0.0.38 keeps notify me that the (binair) program code of Deluge is changed and asks me to allow or deny it. However I've confirmed that Firewall Plus must remember the allow-setting. I have to turn off PC Tools Firewall Plus to get rid of this messages.
Maybe Deluge starts every time a new thread and that makes Filewall Plus crazy? - When I open a torrent ( I found out it doesn't matter where or which ) with Deluge ( in Explorer and in Deluge self ), I got the message: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u' ' and below the message: [Errno 3] Permission denied: u' <the program directory of Deluge> '

I hope this bugs are fixed in the next rc version.
