Add Icon to "Open with" context menu?

Hello!
I switched to Deluge now a few days ago and really love it so far and think this will be my default Bittorrent for a long time now
The only thing that I couldn't set up so far is adding an icon to the "open with" context menu, it just says "deluge.cmd" but without an icon which I feel doesn't look that great.
I successfully added an icon to the .torrent file type but I failed so far doing the same to the "open with" dialog when you right click a torrent file, how can I do that? Also it would be nice if I could rename that entry to just "Deluge" instead of deluge.cmd, is this somehow possible?
I am using Windows 7 64 Bit by the way.
