Running Deluge on Main PC makes Voip adaptet go nuts!

When I run deluge, my voip adapter has constant traffic. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. When I close deluge, the traffic continues until I restart the computer. Then it is quiet until I run deluge again. The are on the same LAN, but other than that, I can't figure out why that would be happening. WTF?
