Deluge Forum

Hello everyone,

I am having some difficulties with my existing Ubuntu installation, and want to do a fresh install of either Ubuntu 9.04 or the latest Linux Mint.

At the same time, I would really like to be able to save my in-progress Deluge torrent downloads.

I have a couple of external hard-drives.

Is this possible?

Definitely,
save your ~/.config/deluge folder to your external hard drive, as well as the partially downloaded files.

Once you've done your fresh install, install deluge, put the partially downloaded files back to where they were and then copy the deluge settings folder back.
Running deluge after doing this should be like nothing changed.
