Port Problems

I am using 1.1.9 in windows XP
My pc is in the DMZ, so all ports are forwarded to it.
All other torrent clients and games work fine.
Deluge does not get any incoming connections, and when I test the port from within deluge I get a (!)
Picture this: I pick a random port, test it with pfportchecker, it checks out as forwarded just fine. I start deluge, I set the port to the one I picked and I test it from deluge: I get the (!) and I have no incoming connections. I shut down deluge and retest the port in pfportchecker, and now it shows up as blocked!
Conclusion: Deluge borks correctly forwarded ports and can't accept any incoming connections.
