deluge and network management (trouble seeding)

i have a problem, deluge stops seeding torrents randomly
i started a torrent so i could upload my art to random people
http://www.mininova.org/tor/2943437
i mannaged to get the file off to some friends who are seeding it, but now the file wont seed
but i want to seed it, and fast, and i want this torrent to take priority over the others (feature request?)
im using deluge 1.1.9 my router is using DHCP
im running Ubuntu linux 9.04 my network connection driver is 8139too (i think somthing is wrong with that, my network light stays on after i turn the computer off)
my firewall (firestarter is blocking the following ports and services)
SSH 22
Telnet 23
Back orifice 2K 54321
DNS 53 ()
Samba (SMB) 137-139 445
pop3 110
sun-RCP portmap 32769
NTP 123
NNTP 119
IMAP 143
NFS 111 2049
Wipid 1300
Traceroute 33548
FTP 20-21
WebAdmin 10000
SSDP 1900
i have been consistantly changeing settings to try and get this on my own but to no avail
