I downloaded a torrent which was 699.56MB in size but according to the peerslist on the site I downloaded from I have downloaded 757.68MB but in my actual Deluge client its showing as 763.8MB that I have downloaded.
upon checking other torrents I have seeding in my client it was not a once off, and on one torrent it was showing I had downloaded more than 1GB more data than the actual torrent size. Is this a common bug with Deluge or is it something went wrong when installing. I am using ubuntu desktop 8.10.
Deluge 1.1.9 download / upload stats not right
Re: Deluge 1.1.9 download / upload stats not right
It could happen if you are encountering bad pieces, in that case the bad piece would be discarded and it would have to be redownloaded. This can also happen if you do 'Force Rechecks' on the torrent as it will discard any unfinished pieces causing yet more redownloading of data.papill0n wrote:I downloaded a torrent which was 699.56MB in size but according to the peerslist on the site I downloaded from I have downloaded 757.68MB but in my actual Deluge client its showing as 763.8MB that I have downloaded.
