Create Torrent fails hashcheck

(Linux, Ubuntu 9.04 x64)When creating a torrent, the Add to Session fails (and adds the torrent to Queue or Download. (Force Recheck fails.)
Adding manually works. (kind of.) I have the dev version. The stable release fails to create torrents and add them. All hashchecks fail with a 0%.
I've been doing torrents for many years, so this is not me.
I found no way of reporting bugs, at either this site or launchpad, so I came to the forums to report the problem.
