World Map Icons mouseover Names displayed

On the section of the torrent download under PEERS would it be possible to add a mouse-over feature to the world map icons appearing next to each torrent peer on line. I think it is interesting to watch where my stuff is coming from and I would love to be able to have the name of the country of each flag shown available too.
