Feature request: More hotkeys (including global ones)

I have a feature request: Please add more hotkeys (keyboard shortcuts) to Deluge. Especially:
1. A global shortcut to restore Deluge from the system tray and minimize it back to the system tray.
2. A shortcut for "add torrent".
2. A shortcut for "preferences".
It would be nice if these shortcuts could be user-configurable. But even predefined ones would be an improvement.
