0.5.8.4 No RSS Icon and Search

This is a weird one, tried uninstall and re-install. The RSS icon doesn't show up in the toolbar and neither does the search. I tried unloading and loading the plugins but no luck. The RSS works still I can still get the features if I goto Plugins and then select preferences. Any Ideas?
