I think it would be a good idea to add an option to "allow unencrypted connections" or not.
Also in the peers list when you have encryption enabled it would be a good idea to add a field or an icon to see which peers are over encrypted connection or not.

this is no different than having encryption "enabled" in preferences

I mean allow Only encrypted connections and allow Both encrypted and unencrypted connections

You are describing the difference between Forced and Enabled.
