Have checked this occurs on latest version 1.1.9. but found it initially on 1.1.6
If you have a torrent with multiple trackers there is a dialogue 'Edit Trackers' to alter the "tier" of the tracker. In that dialogue the up and down buttons work the wrong way. That is the down button moves the selected tracker up the list, and the up button down.
