Use other instance of DELUGE, but keep the incomplete files

Hello my fellow Friends,

how can I enable a second instance of DELUGE (on a different instance of Linux) to read all those incomplete files from an other instance of DELUGE, i.e. migrate them incomplete files?
I in fact know how to make DELUGE move incomplete files to new positions, but my problem remains: to enable the >other< DELUGE to read them.
I think I don't have the original .torrent files any more. Is there a way to generate them? Do I need them?

Thanks all for your help!

Are you setting up another account on the same computer and sending the torrent files to that account? If so, you have set the file permissions to the other user?
I believe you do need the original torrent files, there's no way to generate them, it will not work at all with incomplete files. Even if you selected the complete files from a torrent and created a torrent it might in theory be exactly the same torrent, but you'd also have to enter the trackers too, that's another problem entirely unless they were well known open trackers. I suggest the easiest way would be to re-download the original torrent files.

All the .torrent files are stored in ~/.config/deluge/state just add these to your other Deluge and point them at the right location for the data, ie, set your download directory to the parent of all your data.
