Feature Request (not to automatically start torrents)

Hi, I wanted to make a request for a new feature. It's one that I think as a fault to lack.

One of the preferences of utorrent is a general setting to start all torrents in a stopped state. I would really like it if deluge had the same and did not require a click every time I add a torrent to add it in a stopped state.

Also, an extremely annoying "feature" is that torrents are automatically started after a forced recheck. Several times I pointed a torrent to the wrong directory, forced a recheck, 0% and it started, downloaded 40-50 megs in 5 seconds before I could stop it. Then I had to go and manually delete the files.

edit: removed a request for a feature that was already present..

Absolutely agree with every point, except for the last. Why would you need to rename specific files?

You can already rename files within torrents. From the gtkui just click on the file you want to rename to select it, then click it again to enter the new filename. Not sure how it's done from any other ui.

Am I able to relocate files to different directories using this method?

edit: wow yes I can. I did not even know of this feature. Thank you. I just right clicked on the files all the time and did not see any kind of rename function, etc. This is great!!!!

Now if only I could have deluge not auto start torrents like a wildchild!
