I am using a D-Link DIR-635 router.
Have Ubuntu installed on a computer for which I have created a reservation on the router (static IP).
Then selected a port to open from the Deluge range, unchecked "use random ports".
Forwarded that TCP port, on that machine, to deluge, checked the settings to ON and saved.
However I am always getting port closed.
Is it correct to set the application name to "deluge"?

Application name on the router doesn't matter (it's just a label and your router doesn't know what 'deluge' is). What matters is that incoming TCP connections on port <x> are forwarded to the IP running the deluge daemon. If you are using DHT, you should also forward UDP connections on the port.

What happens if you use "Test active port" in deluge? When you start deluge, it will report no incoming connections until you actually get an incoming connection. If your torrents are most inactive, this could take a while.
