Auto-disconnection after a few seconds on startup

Deluge disconnects itself while downloading torrents after a few seconds on startup. I have to start it manually via the Connection Manager.
P.S
I am on Deluge 1.16 using fedora 10.
I have Firewall and SElinux disabled.

Looks like your system has some issues or your package isn't built correctly..
