Hello, i have problem with torrent file attached to this message.
Deluge 1.1.6
System: Python 2.6, Gentoo ~x86

Basically, this torrent wasn't created properly.. It states it uses 'UTF-8' encoding, but there are a couple areas where it doesn't seem to use valid UTF-8.. I will make a change to make Deluge a little more lenient with these types of files.
