Where did the blocklist go?

I've just noticed that my deluge install hasn't been using a blocklist. It used to be but now I can't even find an option for blocklist in the preferences.
Has it been removed from 1.1.6 for some reason or do I have a botched setup?

have you enabled the blocklist in Prefereces->Plugins

Sorry I was sure I posted a reply here earlier.
Yes it was missing from there too but there was some 1.1.4 stuff left over and it was messing things up. I uninstalled it completely then searched for anything with "eluge" in the name and deleted it. Reinstalled and it worked.
