1.1.6, bug in options pane

consider the following scenario:
* open options tab for any torrent
* type in any value in any field, let's say, change max download speed from -1 to 100
* immediately press alt-A for Apply while cursor is still in the max download field
* go to the next torrent
* go back to the original torrent - max bandwidth is -1, not 100, changes were not saved
Apparently screen value is committed only when cursor leaves the field - if before pressing alt-A I press tab to move to the next field or press Apply button with a mouse changed value will be saved.
