Deluge 1.1.5 Ubuntu Strange Problem

Last night i leave my machine on for downloading 4 torrents simultaneously.
This morning when i wake up i found all the running torrents are missing from the Deluge window.
So, I quit the application and re-launch it.
All the 4 torrents appeared back but the first torrent start doing checking. Upon completion of checking, all 4 torrents missing from Deluge main window.
I have to repeat the process in step 1 to see them again.
Any help please!? I have been downloading for few days.
