file download completion inaccurate!

Hello,
I am constantly seeing files that are in seeding (I assume that this means that they are %100 downloaded) but when I do a force recheck they still need to download a few %. I first found this when a movie I thought was finished only played to 68% and died. I went back to deluge and did a force recheck on the seeding torrent and it still had %30 to go :( While this was the most extreme one that I've seen, most need only sub %1, it sucks.
Deluge needs a force recheck on completing option or to fix this bug!
I highly recommend that you do a manual force recheck on all completed downloads, and a second one if the first showed that you still need some data.
Anybody else seeing this issue?

I'm running 1.1.5 on Kubuntu 9.04

hmmm thats weird, ive never had that happen, and i haven't heard of anyone else having that happen

your theory of the download not being complete causing the last minutes of movie not to play doesn't hold up. bittorrent does not download the pieces in sequential order, so its highly unlikely that it would just be the last few pieces missing

maybe you have bad ram or something... that can cause corrupted downloads.
