Deluge Forum

Okay I've been using deluge for quite a while and it's a great program, but I encountered a problem
When I download a torrent everything is fine. However when i start seeding it after a while (usually a week) the torrent checks itself and starts downloading the same thing all over again. I haven't changed or moved any of the files. It just happens. Sometimes when I turn on deluge 10 torrents start to recheck themselves and my slow PC has a crisis. I am unable to continue seeding.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Can you provide the O/S you're using, and the version of Deluge?

This is an issue older versions had, and has to do with the resume files. More info on your setup will help.

I think I figured it out. Songbird is somehow changing my song tags and that forces deluge to recheck. Thanks for the help anyways
