Moving directories containing other files on completion

Hi, I recently switched to Deluge from (wine +) uTorrent and am very happy with Deluge. I'm using version 1.1.5 (for the labels plugin... but I can't seem to find the RSS plugin) on Intrepid, and I have a question regarding moving files on completion.
So, if I have files in the torrent, Deluge moves all the files to a different directory ($HOME/incomplete_dl). If I have a directory in the torrent, then Deluge moves the entire directory to the different directory ($HOME/downloads). This is a really nice feature and keeps my directories cleaner.
However, it seems to be weird in the following case. I'm not sure if it's something with the way I have it configured, or if it's just supposed to act this way. But say I'm downloading two copies of the same movie. Then torrent A has files inside a folder in $HOME/incomplete_dl/movie_name, and torrent B has files under the same folder (since they're different copies of the same movie).
However, if A finishes before B does, then Deluge moves the entire $HOME/incomplete_dl/movie_name to $HOME/downloads/movie_name... including the files from torrent B, which are unfinished! Furthermore, Deluge does not realize it moved the files for torrent B and shows an error that the files for torrent B cannot be found and the downloading for torrent B is stopped.
Is there a quick fix for this? It also happens quite a lot when downloading music by the same artist (and the torrents create the directory $HOME/incomplete_dl/artist_name but the first finished torrent will move the entire directory, regardless if all the files under the directory are from the finished torrent).
Any help would be appreciated.
