bug: rechecking a torrent with excluded files every time

When downloading a certain torrent I've chose not to download some of the files. If it is important, I didn't do it at the start, but when a portion of a file I don't want was already downloaded, so now I've got a torrent which has two 100% completed files and one several percent complete with 'don't download' status, deluge shows this torrent as seeded. The problem is: every time I restart deluge this torrent is rechecked and moved from the folder where I want it to be to the default 'move completed to' folder. I guess it is a variation of the bug when rechecked torrents are moved to a default 'move completed to' folder. 1.1.5, linux 64 bit.
