Question regarding Upgrade 0.5.9.1 -> Current, File Mess

Backstory:
Been running Fedora Core 7 for a long time, and have Deluge 0.5.9.1... That current machine has many hard drives, all which are mounted in weird places and torrents in all of them I am seeding (so there are like 20 different locations the torrent data files are located), and the file structure is a mess. I am seeding around 400 torrents, and I cannot stop seeding them no matter what (minimum downtime)... that's the reason why I have been putting off the Upgrade for this long. I have all the .torrent files
Proposed Solution:
If I upgrade to Fedora Core 10, and get the latest deluge (1.1.3), will it read the ~/.config/deluge data files (which deluge 0.5.9.1 was using) and start seeding the torrent data files again if their in the same locations?
Do you have any alternate solutions? Please help, this has been a horrendous headache for me for the past two years... and the FC7 install has been losing it's stability lately. Thanks!
