This weekend downloads for Deluge for Windows 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 not working, site shows empty directories.

It has been, there has not been a windows release for 1.1.1 or 1.1.2, it's been in the forum and in the download section that it's not available yet. Says they are "having some issues with it."
