File locations for WebUI files

Hey,
First off, i love deluge. I am living in a house of 8 students, and deluge is on our little server chugging away, managing the downloads of everyone in the house via the webui and the deluged daemon. Absolutely fantastic. I was a bit thrown when the upgrade from 0.x to 1 came, but I managed to work out what was going on, and everything is fantastic.
One query though, I have been looking for the webui files in openSUSE, in /usr/lib, all the python directories I can find, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. I just want to add a few lines of text to the bottom of the webui homepage, with a few instructions for people in the house, telling them which trackers are opensource and the torrents of which should be left to seed for longer, etc etc. But I dont seem to be able to find the files. I (or someone else in the house) is pretty competent with editing the files themselves, so that wont be a problem, I just can't find their location.
Maybe this would be an idea for a future version. Some kind of box where people can type a welcome message or something, some persistent message to other uses of deluge.
Cheers, Andy
