I made the switch 6 months ago, but the lack of support on the forum is very frustrating and making me look for another client. I help out on other forums, so i fully appreciate that its the work of volunteers and people giving up their free time. But i've asked 3 perfectly reasonable questions on the forum and received no replies or help from other users or admins, such a shame the community isn't as good as the program.

I'm new here, I write a little, but I read ... I also want to say thanks for the help, for the answers to stupid questions, you really help a lot!


My family lives on a very limited budget, and we get helped by short term loans from time to time. Not too often though. When I apply, I visit home page of a website that brings together lenders, so my request gets picked by whichever one f them and then I get to choose.
